Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) and synthesize actionable insights for executive leadership
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for AI ethics, climate tech adoption, and workforce evolution
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering/product teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling and data narratives
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership through industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in at least two domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
