You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to shape products and services that will define the post-2026 landscape.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and geopolitical trends to identify disruptive opportunities beyond 2026
- Develop and present future scenario frameworks to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2030+ market demands
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Create annual Horizon Scanning reports and innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Advose on long-term R&D investments and M&A opportunities in future-facing domains
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurism with proven impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation strategy
- Experience presenting complex futures to C-suite audiences
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic foresight projects
