Responsibilities

- Produce executive-ready reports on emerging technologies and their market implications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align organizational strategy with future opportunities
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline tracking and future-readiness maturity
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors with compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning with demonstrable impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Proven track record of leading successful innovation cycles from concept to market
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM) preferred
