Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating 2026 business landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-proof organizational models
- Produce scenario-planning models for geopolitical, climate, and tech disruption scenarios
- Build innovation roadmaps integrating Web3, metaverse, and biotech convergence trends
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in innovation strategy at top-tier consulting firms or tech giants
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization mastery (Tableau, D3.js)
- Published author in futures research or technology trend analysis
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Mandarin, Arabic, or Japanese)
