- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts affecting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and neuro-interfaces
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
- Build cross-functional innovation ecosystems with academic and corporate partners
- Advise C-suite on exponential growth opportunities and paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with innovation frameworks like Design Foresight or Systems Innovation
- Certification in Futures Studies preferred (e.g., CFSD)
