Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market signals through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps using scenario planning and predictive analytics
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Produce comprehensive trend reports with quantifiable impact assessments
- Design pilot programs for emerging solutions with 18-24 month implementation horizons
- Establish cross-functional innovation ecosystems with R&D and product development teams
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., PESTLE, STEEP analysis) and data visualization platforms
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation methodologies
