Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 'State of 2026' trend reports influencing $2B+ product roadmaps
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on quantum computing and AI ethics
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on 3-year innovation pipelines
- Design and test prototype ecosystems for human-AI symbiosis in healthcare and logistics
- Secure $5M+ in R&D grants for future-focused initiatives
- Mentor internal 'Future Scouts' program identifying emerging talent
- Present at Davos and TED Countdown on technological singularity preparedness
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurism consulting
- Published author or thought leader in exponential technologies (e.g., blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Track record of commercializing future-focused concepts ($10M+ revenue impact)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from University of Houston)
