- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate futurist insights into product development and business strategy
- Build and maintain a network of industry experts, thought leaders, and innovation partners
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Translate complex foresight findings into actionable business strategies and innovation roadmaps
- Mentor junior team members in strategic foresight methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, systems thinking)
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects with measurable business impact
