- Lead scenario planning workshops and foresight research initiatives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive forces and adaptation strategies
- Curate and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing organizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional research and data synthesis capabilities with strong quantitative/qualitative skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex innovation projects
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
