Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to inform long-term innovation strategy

- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership pieces for industry conferences
- Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Mentor next-generation futurists and cultivate an organization-wide innovation mindset
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systemic modeling methodologies
