Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Design and implement scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market conditions
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype future-critical solutions
- Produce executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities through 2030
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Mentor innovation teams in future-thinking methodologies and tools
- Lead quarterly foresight workshops with global stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend impact assessment methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into strategic narratives
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Portfolio of published future outlooks or innovation roadmaps
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP, CPSM)
