Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging global trends across technology, sociology, and economics to identify 2026+ opportunities and threats
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing developments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation initiatives
- Build scenario-planning models for geopolitical and market disruptions
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, biotech, or quantum computing trends
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting complex concepts to C-level executives
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and strategic impact
