Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech), and socio-economic shifts to identify strategic opportunities through 2026+
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic foresight frameworks to guide product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate foresight into innovation pipelines and organizational decision-making
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and executive briefings translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Champion innovation culture by embedding future-thinking methodologies across departments
- Monitor emerging risks and disruptors to build organizational resilience and adaptive strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and exponential technology assessment
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (GenAI, Web3, neuromorphic computing, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Experience developing and implementing innovation frameworks in complex organizations
- Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision-making approach
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar professional designation preferred
