Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record in launching tech products with 3+ year market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience leading distributed teams across global markets
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futures journals
