What You'll Achieve:

- Partner with C-suite to embed foresight into strategic planning
- Build thought leadership through white papers and industry keynotes
Responsibilities
- Forecast technological and societal disruptions using predictive analytics and horizon scanning
- Develop '2026 Vision Playbooks' for clients across Fortune 500 companies
- Facilitate futures-thinking workshops with executive leadership teams
- Lead rapid prototyping of next-gen products/services (e.g., metaverse interfaces, climate adaptation tech)
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting innovation landscapes
- Present strategic foresight insights to global stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and disruption modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex futures
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation publications
