Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future vision into product roadmaps
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation impact and ROI
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain an external innovation ecosystem (startups, academia, VCs)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ in emerging technology domains
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech verticals
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience scaling technology strategies in fast-growth environments
- Certification in innovation management or strategic foresight preferred
