Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and company vision
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against innovation milestones
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify disruptive startups for acquisition/partnerships
- Author thought leadership publications on technology forecasting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, corporate innovation, or technology consulting
- Proven track record developing 5+ year future-facing roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: quantum, AI ethics, sustainable tech, AR/VR
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in forecasting tools
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE) or equivalent experience
- Portfolio of published strategic foresight work or innovation frameworks
