Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping disruptive technologies and business models
- Establish KPI frameworks for innovation maturity and future-readiness metrics
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-proofing into organizational DNA
- Conduct deep-dive research on quantum computing, AI ethics, and bio-integration
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with agile resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or R&D leadership with 5+ in future-focused roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum, AGI, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience scaling teams across global markets (Asia-Pacific/EMEA focus)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (IEEE/HBR/etc.)
- Fluency in English with Mandarin/Spanish proficiency a plus
