Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and market evolution patterns to inform 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Develop predictive models using AI/ML to forecast industry shifts and competitive landscapes
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for high-uncertainty environments
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-state vision
- Monitor emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Produce annual Future Impact Reports with strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or corporate innovation roles
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and foresight methodologies
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Demonstrated experience translating complex concepts into executive strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their business implications
- Strong written/verbal communication with executive presence
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foreshipping preferred
