Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead emerging technology adoption (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Design sustainable growth frameworks aligned with UN SDGs
- Direct cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, design, and data science teams
- Present strategic insights at global forums (World Economic Forum, TechCrunch Disrupt)
- Drive ethics-first innovation protocols for next-gen technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or MBA
- Proven track record scaling technologies to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent
- Fluency in at least two emerging tech domains (Web3, biotech, AGI)
- Experience with policy frameworks for tech governance (OECD, WEF)
