Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating sustainability, AI ethics, and human-centric design principles
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic trends to inform risk mitigation strategies
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Champion innovation culture through workshops and thought leadership initiatives

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, Business Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning or consulting with tech/sustainability focus
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data synthesis and visualization capabilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic implementation for 2025+ horizons
