- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships for future ecosystem integration
- Monitor global regulatory shifts affecting long-term business strategy
- Build and mentor a high-performing future-focused task force
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in future trend forecasting and scenario planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- Exceptional data analysis and strategic modeling capabilities
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent preferred
