- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Translate foresight reports into actionable R&D priorities and pilot programs
- Build scenarios for disruptive technologies and societal transformations
- Partner with venture teams to identify and integrate emerging startups
- Present strategic narratives to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or equivalent tech leadership
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Experience with emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, bio-convergence
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-oriented initiatives launched
