Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 small to mid-sized businesses
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets and P&L reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations for Pennsylvania clients
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks Online systems for new clients
- Collaborate with tax preparation teams during quarterly reviews
- Provide financial insights and reporting to business owners
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification a plus
- Deep understanding of Pennsylvania tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
