Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees across multiple states
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments
- Prepare and file quarterly payroll tax forms (941, 940) and year-end W-2s
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with HR and accounting on payroll-related matters
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
- Stay updated on FLSA, FICA, and state-specific regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of FL labor laws and tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
