Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive individual to manage our financial records, ensuring our books are always up to date and compliant with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with payroll processing and maintaining employee timekeeping records.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and monthly financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
- Process monthly bills, invoices, and expense reports efficiently.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (or Xero) is required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
