Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving account inquiries, explaining products, and recommending appropriate financial solutions
- Maintain cash drawer integrity and perform daily balancing procedures
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs and branch goals
- Adhere to all security protocols, compliance regulations, and anti-fraud measures
- Assist with branch operations including ATM maintenance, vault duties, and record-keeping
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in cash handling, customer service, or retail banking
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Must pass background check, credit check, and fingerprinting
