Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, educating clients on digital banking tools, and recommending appropriate financial products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations, security protocols, and anti-fraud procedures
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions with 100% accuracy while adhering to audit standards
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services to support client financial goals
- Collaborate with branch management to identify customer needs and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or cash handling experience in a financial services environment
- Proficiency with banking software, MS Office Suite, and digital banking platforms
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail for accurate transaction processing
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts simply
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Valid California Notary Public commission (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
