Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Operate bank-provided equipment including cash dispensers and check scanners
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Assist with vault operations and ATM maintenance as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must pass background check and credit review
- Valid NY state driver's license preferred
