Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Deliver exceptional service by resolving inquiries, explaining products, and identifying cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy and adhere to strict regulatory compliance protocols
- Support new account openings and assist with digital banking platform guidance
- Collaborate with branch teams to achieve sales targets and service quality metrics
- Proactively detect potential fraud and suspicious activity per security guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in finance preferred
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with multilingual abilities a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
