Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments) with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial guidance and product recommendations to meet client needs
- Maintain secure cash drawer and daily reconciliation procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while adhering to banking regulations
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products/services
- Assist with new account openings and documentation processing
- Participate in quarterly training programs to enhance banking knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual required)
- Familiarity with banking regulations (Regulation E, BSA, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
