Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide accurate account information and resolve inquiries regarding balances, fees, and services
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs and business goals
- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory compliance protocols and security procedures
- Balance cash drawers and transaction records with 100% accuracy daily
- Collaborate with branch colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in banking software and basic MS Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays as needed
