Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide personalized financial solutions and product recommendations to meet client goals
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to all security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members
- Actively cross-sell bank services including credit cards, loans, and investment products
- Update customer account information and maintain digital banking records
- Participate in branch operations including opening/closing procedures and audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Familiarity with financial regulations (Regulation E, BSA, etc.)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for potential branch travel)
