Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess borrower risk profiles
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk assessments for loan approval committees
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for compliance and early risk identification
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure optimal credit solutions
- Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting credit policies and procedures
- Present complex financial data clearly through executive summaries and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience preferred
- Proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Moody's Analytics, RiskCalculus)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and lending regulations
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative reasoning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Credit certification (CRCM or equivalent) a plus
