Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure adherence to federal, state, and industry regulations (SEC, FINRA, etc.)
- Assist with policy development, implementation, and compliance documentation
- Conduct routine audits and risk assessments of financial processes
- Coordinate with departments to resolve compliance gaps and implement corrective actions
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Support investigations of compliance violations and prepare incident reports
- Collaborate with legal and senior management on compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred but not required)
