Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, services, and digital banking platforms
- Actively promote bank products (credit cards, loans, savings) to meet quarterly targets
- Maintain strict compliance with federal banking regulations and anti-fraud protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies daily
- Collaborate with branch managers to enhance customer experience workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency in basic arithmetic and banking software (e.g., Fiserv, FIS)
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
- Valid Texas Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
