Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and product recommendations
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions while adhering to strict compliance protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch managers promptly
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch performance targets
- Maintain organized records and documentation for audits and reporting
- Participate in branch security procedures and loss prevention initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic financial software and MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Texas Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass background check and credit verification
