Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with precision
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries within 24 hours
- Generate monthly payroll reports and financial reconciliations
- Collaborate with HRIS team on system integrations and upgrades
- Conduct quarterly payroll audits for internal controls
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience in a multi-state environment
- Advanced proficiency in ADP, QuickBooks, and Excel
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or PHR certification preferred
- Deep understanding of FLSA, DOL, and state labor laws
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error payroll processing
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex payroll scenarios
- Experience with remote team coordination and communication
