Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable processing.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger account reviews.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and conduct variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- CPA certification is a strong plus but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in full-cycle accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
