Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounts payable and receivable cycle, ensuring all invoices are processed timely.
- Conduct accurate bank reconciliations on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial statements.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax filings.
- Perform monthly inventory counts and asset verification.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong knowledge of US tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
