Responsibilities
- Prepare and file individual and corporate tax returns in compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Conduct tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities for clients.
- Review financial statements and tax documentation for accuracy.
- Communicate complex tax concepts to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Stay updated on changing tax laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in tax preparation or accounting.
- Proficiency in tax preparation software (e.g., TurboTax, Drake, Lacerte).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
