Responsibilities

  • Manage and process daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with 100% accuracy.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly to ensure all discrepancies are resolved.
  • Maintain and audit the fixed asset register for the company's rental fleet and office equipment.
  • Prepare and send monthly invoices to clients, ensuring accurate rental rates and equipment charges.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and balance sheet reconciliations.

Qualifications
