- Prepare and review individual/business tax returns ensuring compliance with IRS regulations

- Utilize tax software (ProSystem fx, Lacerte) for efficient processing
- Respond to IRS inquiries and resolve tax discrepancies
- Conduct tax research and maintain updated knowledge of tax laws
- Collaborate with senior tax professionals on complex cases
- Maintain organized client records and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years tax preparation experience
- Strong knowledge of federal/state tax regulations
- Proficiency in tax preparation software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours
- Valid CPA or Enrolled Agent certification preferred
