- Prepare and file individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Conduct tax research and compliance reviews for diverse client portfolios
- Utilize ProSystem fx and Lacerte software for efficient processing
- Collaborate with senior team members on complex tax strategies
- Maintain accurate client documentation and IRS correspondence
- Participate in quarterly tax planning and advisory sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of tax preparation experience
- Strong proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Active PTIN and IRS e-file authorization
- Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling
