Responsibilities
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle cash, check, and electronic transactions for customers.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and resolve inquiries efficiently to ensure a positive banking experience.
- Account Maintenance: Assist customers with account deposits, withdrawals, and product inquiries.
- Cash Management: Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile reports to ensure financial integrity.
- Sales Support: Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell our suite of financial products.
- Security: Adhere to all security protocols and banking regulations to protect customer assets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred but not required for the right candidates.
- Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
