Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic business planning and long-term growth objectives.
- Conduct rigorous variance analysis on monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Prepare detailed reporting packages for executive leadership, including executive summaries, key performance indicators (KPIs), and scenario analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and marketing teams to assess the financial impact of new initiatives and product launches.
- Monitor market trends and economic indicators to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the management team.
- Maintain and improve internal financial reporting systems and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with financial modeling software (e.g., Anaplan, Power BI).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, concise narratives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to non-financial stakeholders.
