Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Deliver personalized customer service through in-person consultations, phone interactions, and digital banking support
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services while maintaining compliance standards
- Balance cash drawers, reconcile accounts, and adhere to strict security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining positive branch atmosphere

Qualifications
