Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to support executive decision-making
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including M&A due diligence and investment analysis
- Maintain and improve financial reporting systems using advanced Excel and BI tools
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear, data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in hospitality or real estate
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic insights
- Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to present to C-level executives
- Certification in financial modeling or data analytics highly desirable
