Responsibilities
- Analyze Financial Data: Interpret complex financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Prepare Reports: Create detailed financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses for management review.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic financial planning.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial processes adhere to relevant regulations and company policies.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and financial modeling software.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- License: CFA or CPA certification is a plus but not required for this entry-level training role.
