Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis for key business initiatives.
- Data Interpretation: Collect, examine, and interpret financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgeted projections.
- Process Improvement: Recommend process improvements and automation strategies to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial reporting adheres to GAAP standards and internal compliance policies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Tableau).
- Education: MBA or CFA certification is a strong plus.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial team members.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy in data handling and reporting.
